Third Mash and Second Stripping Run

Today was the first time we ran a mash whilst also running a stripping run

This is the third mash we have done.

The stripping run is from the second mash.

After this we have two stripped runs from grain, and one more to strip.

After that, the three stripping runs will be put through a spirit run.

Mash result was 23L of liquid

Starting SG of mash 3 is 1.076, adjusted to 1.073
